Terms of Service

Ownership & Rights
The client retains ownership of the original images. Maggie Cerutti Photography grants a non-exclusive license for personal use, including sharing on social media. A full print release is provided, allowing printing through Maggie Cerutti Photography or other reputable vendors.

Delivery Timeline
The client’s online gallery will remain accessible until storage capacity is reached and images are removed, prioritizing older sessions for deletion. The gallery link is non-expiring unless storage limits are met.

Revisions
Revisions or edits must be requested within two (2) weeks of the delivery date. All revision requests should be submitted via email to ensure proper documentation and timely processing.

Usage Rights
The images within the gallery may be shared on social media and printed for personal purposes. The client is responsible for ensuring that sharing complies with the agreed licensing terms.

Delivery Format
Images are delivered in both high-resolution files suitable for printing and optimized web-sized versions for online posting.

Liability & Quality
All images will reflect Maggie Cerutti Photography’s editing style. Requests for edits must be made within two (2) weeks of delivery; after this period, no further corrections will be provided. Maggie Cerutti Photography is not liable for any issues related to images after this timeframe.

Refunds & Dispute Resolution
Due to the time and effort invested in the session and editing process, refunds are generally not offered. If the final images do not meet Maggie Cerutti Photography’s professional standards and additional editing requests are unfulfilled, please contact us within the two-week review window. A partial refund may be negotiated, but full refunds are not guaranteed. After two weeks, no refunds will be provided. All disputes or complaints must be submitted in writing via email within the specified timeframe.

Confidentiality
Images are delivered through a password-protected online gallery, with access restricted solely to the client. The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login credentials and ensuring that only trusted individuals view the images.

Acceptance
By downloading, viewing, or sharing the images, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
